Remember Your Why

Our why's hold so much weight. They help keep us grounded and is often the fuel that keeps us going. They push us to do greater things that moving aimlessly simply will not. They're bigger than ourselves and often benefit many.

To the mama, I'm sure there are many days that are challenging that no one knows about or sees. On those days and always, know that your babies are so incredibly blessed to have you and there isn't another person in this world that could love and parent them the way that you do.

To the teacher, who is often exhausted and swamped in papers to grade, you are such an invaluable gift. Thank you for showing up each and every day, pouring out, loving, and serving those precious kiddos with your whole heart. Your impact could never be measured, but know that it's certainly great.

To the one, who stepped out on faith and you're in unfamiliar place and you're now struggling with your purpose because it doesn't look like what you thought it would by this point, two words, keep going. You may not be able to see it right now, but remember, roots grow underground and they grow deep. You took a leap of faith and God will reveal the latter later. Keep serving, pouring out, and working as unto Him. He is the rewarder of our faithfulness. Thank you for being a beautiful example of blind obedience.

To all, keep clinging to your why and doing the hard stuff. The stuff that counts. The stuff that matters. Thank you for being intentional and loving in all that you do. Thank you for your servant's heart. It's a gift to our world. Keep on keepin' on,  rooting for you always.
